General & Family Physician, Dr. Prakruthi's Response
Hi Mr Sioson, The chest x ray indicates that you may have tuberculosis also called as Koch's disease. Do you have cough or breathing difficulty? A sputum test will be able to confirm if you really have tuberculosis. If you do not produce any sputum your doctor will be able to suggest alternative tests. Tuberculosis is curable but requires long treatment with regular follow up. I hope this helps you. Take care :)
